Final Days of the Holocaust

The Holocaust ended in specific places when the Allies liberated the camps in 1944-1945. The official end to the holocaust did not come until the end of WWII and all German troops surrendered.Furthermore, the Holocaust ended in 1945 “when the allied forces occupied Germany and discovered concentration camps with abused inmates. (Mathis)”In addition, Hitler who was responsible for this genocide, committed suicide after the allied forces occupied Germany. Then the allied forces began liberating the inmates at the concentration camp. However their efforts were put to waste as most of the people were dead. Despite that, the Allied Forces helped end the horrific Holocaust that took away the lives of innocent people.
